Service terms

Last updated October 20, 2026. These terms apply to the AODA readiness packages sold on this site.

What we do

We prepare accessibility documentation for Ontario businesses and non-profits based on Ontario’s published requirements, review up to 10 public web pages (Full report package for 50–199 employees, or the optional website check for 20–49) and walk your certifier through the accessibility compliance report questions. The package contents are listed on the packages section of the home page.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t give legal advice and we are not a law firm. For a legal opinion, consult a lawyer.
  • We don’t file or certify your report, and we never log in to your portal account. Your organization decides how to answer each question and is responsible for its report.
  • We don’t fix websites unless you accept a separate written quote, and we don’t deliver staff training.
  • We don’t guarantee any regulatory outcome.

Price and payment

Prices are fixed, in Canadian dollars, plus any applicable tax. The pilot price for the Full report package (C$650) applies to the first 5 organizations; after that the price is C$950. The Essentials package is C$450. Payment is due upfront by invoice, payable by Interac e-Transfer or bank transfer before work starts.

Timeline

We deliver the full package within 10 business days after intake is complete, meaning your questionnaire has been returned and the intake call held. The clock pauses while we wait for information or decisions from you. Orders placed after December 5, 2026 are accepted only if we confirm capacity in writing.

Refunds

  • Fit refund: if, after the intake call and before we send drafts, either of us finds the package isn’t a fit, you get a full refund.
  • On-time promise: if we miss the delivery date, you get 50% back and we still finish the work.
  • One revision round is included within 10 business days of delivery.

Free snapshot

The free snapshot is based only on public information, such as your website. It is a starting point, not an assessment of your compliance, and it creates no obligation for either of us.

Your information

We use the information you share only to answer your request and deliver your package. See our privacy notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.
